Freeze dried chicken stir fry meal. These are perfect for eating for dinner, traveling, or camping. Each bag makes two servings.

My freeze dried meals are convenient because you just add boiling water to the pouch. Then seal the pouch and wait 5 minutes. Stir and wait another 4 minutes. You now have approximately 2 cups of a delicious meal. You can also make the meal in a pan or skillet.

My meals are packed in thick 7 mil mylar bags with an oxygen absorber, so they last up to 25 years.
