Our Freeze Dried Egg Powder is shelf-stable, lightweight, and easy to reconstitute with water, giving you the flexibility to create delicious meals on demand.

To make an egg, combine 2 tablespoons egg powder and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix well and use as you would an egg.

Freeze dried egg powder is raw and not cooked. It must be cooked before consuming.

Packaged in a  7mil mylar bag with an oxygen absorber. These eggs will last for up to 20 years unopened. Once opened, use within 3 months. Store in a sealed container. For longer storage, store in a vacuum sealed mason jar.

Tips for Reconstituting

• Combine egg powder and water in a small bowl
• Warm water works best
• Whisk until combined
• Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes to let the powder absorb the water
• In baking, you can add the correct amount of powder to the dry ingredients and increase the amount of water
